Greater Kanasas City community members and leaders are invited to participate in a free two-day workshop, “Step up!” in Grandview on June 2-3. The workshop is a free event about Walk Friendly Communities for the Kansas City region and a team of Walk Friend professionals from University of North Carolina Highway Safety Research Center will be on hand to facilitate conversations on the benefits of applying for and becoming a “Walk Friendly Community.”
